-- During a sequence taped last Monday in San Antonio, Texas, Melina made her return to the squared circle — her first appearance inside a WWE ring in seven months. She performed a run-in following a Six-Diva Tag Match pitting Alicia Fox, Jillian and Tamina against Eve, Gail Kim and Natalya, attacking the Divas Champion. The attack culminated with Fox being laid out by the multi-time champion's finishing maneuver, the Sunset Split.

-- It was reported a few weeks ago that AAA Women's Champion Sexy Star had been in contact with WWE officials in regards to joining the organization. It's worth noting that on Wednesday, the masked luchadora posted a cell phone image on her Twitter account indicating she is in Tampa, Florida, which is the home of WWE's developmental promotion, Florida Championship Wrestling. She did not, however, identify the purpose of her trip to the United States. Although it should be noted that a tryout camp is currently being held at the developmental facility, which concludes Sunday. Over 50 individuals, both male and female, are participating in the evaluation clinic.

Pro Wrestling Guerilla announced that Alex Shelley had been pulled from tonight's PWG show due to an injury sustained at this week's Impact tapings. The Motor City Machine Guns were scheduled to compete for the PWG Tag Titles. Chris Sabin is still on the card, but will now compete in a singles match.

According to multiple sources within World Wrestling Entertainment, the company has signed reigning ROH World Champion Tyler Black to a contract.

It is believed that Black signed a developmental deal with WWE, but it has not been confirmed. He is expected to start with the company in September.

Black, who has been with Ring of Honor since 2007, has several title defenses scheduled next month. He will defend the ROH World Championship at the Glory by Honor Internet pay-per-view on Sept. 11 against Roderick Strong.

Black recently indicated on his Twitter account that he had some “decisions” to make, which sparked rumors that he would be joining WWE

Black vaatii kyllä aivan helvetisti hiomista vielä ennen kuin mitään tuollaista voisi tapahtua. Katsoisin mielummin tunnin iron man matsin Khalin ja Henryn välillä kuin parin minuutin promon Blackiltä.

Tylerista on kyllä helvetinmoinen hiominen kaukana, mies on jo tässä vaiheessa parempi kokonaisuus kuin lähin WWE-verrokki Morrison. Molemmilla on loistava look, Black on loistava kehässäkin ja kumpikaan ei osaa puhua.
