The original plans for last nights WWE Bragging Rights PPV scheduled Taker to win the World Heavyweight Championship, but due to the injury plans were changed and Kane retained with the help of Nexus who were used to protect Taker's image as he had already lost to Kane on two straight pay-per-views.

Guerrero legacy goes on!

Shaul Marie Guerrero, the 20 year old daughter of Vickie Guererro and the late Eddie Guererro, has reportedly signed a developmental deal with World Wrestling Entertainment.

According to sources, Shaul Marie Guerrero has reportedly been telling fans at recent FCW live events that she’s signed to a deal and waiting to begin her training.

Guerrero been seen at ringside at several WWE shows over the years, including the annual Hall of Fame ceremonies.

At Bragging Rights, there was a report that CM Punk seemed to have hurt his hip during the Smackdown vs. Raw match.

Yesterday, CM Punk tweeted that he got an MRI on his hip to see the extent of his injury. The results were not good.

It is being reported by PWmania.com that Punk may need surgery or serious rehabilitation therapy.

A WWE source had this to say:

“Punk really screwed up his hip, and it needs to be addressed, this is a major blow to Monday Night Raw, because the only heels on the show are Nexus and Miz. It’s pretty obvious Punk was moved to Raw to become a top heel, but that’s on hold now because he’ll be out at least til the end of the year.”

This past Monday on Raw, it appeared that CM Punk was going to start a feud with Daniel Bryan, but now it looks like the feud will be put on hold.

It is not known if Punk will have the surgery, but the injury may prevent him from competing in the ring.

E: Jees olihan viimeisimmässäkin ECW ja SD mukana. Muistin viimisestä KOTR:stä vain Regalin, Punkin (muistin olleen RAW:ssa jo) Jerichon ja Hornswogglen.

Ilmeisesti Matt Hardy on pakko korvata toisella samankaltaisella ruokahalulla varustetulla henkilöllä. :D Ei vaan, Venis on varmasti oikein hyvä asiantuntija nuoremmille jannuille siinä kuinka huonokin hahmo voi olla loppujen lopuksi oikein onnistunut hahmo.

Meikäläinen ei näe miten Veniksen palkkaaminen on kovin suuri facepalm.

Minusta jätkä on aivan loistava vetämään juuri tuollaista samanlaista roolia kuin Goldust alakortissa tai vaikka ihan agentiksi backstagelle. Ihan katsottava veteraanityöskentelijä kuitenkin kyseessä.

In an effort to protect the health of wrestlers and reduce the frequency of concussions, TNA Wrestling has banned unprotected chair shots to the head, according to Ken Anderson.

Anderson told the Between The Ropes radio show this week, “TNA has absolutely thrown down the gauntlet and said no more unprotected chair shots… And every time there is a chair involved in the ring, the agents will come up and say please make sure for me that you are not going to … that you’re going to put your hand up. Please tell me you’re going to put your hand up or it’s going to be a back shot or something like that.”
Anderson, who is currently out of action after a chair shot from Jeff Hardy busted his head open and caused a concussion, says even when wrestlers try to protect each other, accidents happen.

“The chair shot that I received from Jeff Hardy was not intended to hit the back of my head. I heard through the grapevine that there were some people who were concerned about that. That was an accident and, you know what, in our business, accidents are going to happen.”

William Regal jää eläkkeelle lähitulevaisuudessa, hänen ilmoitettua tämänhetkisen Englannin-kiertueen olevan hänen viimeinen. Hieno mies ja hieno painija, joka olisi mielestäni ansainnut yhden maailmanmestaruuskauden uralleen.

Hieman pienempänä uutisena samalta sivulta, Brian Kendrick ei loukkaantunut sunnuntain Turning Point-PPV:ssä vaikka yhteentörmäys Doug Williamsin kanssa näyttikin hurjalta. Kendrick oli tosin loukannut polvensa jo aiemmin, ja näin hänet kirjoitettiin pois ottelusta.

Regal on yksi suurimmista suosikeistani, joten hieman haikea fiilishän tuli, kun tuohon uutiseen törmäsin. Ei tuo nyt tietenkään hirveän suurena yllätyksenä tullut. Ja voihan tätä ajatella niinkin, että onneksi on ylipäätään häntä nämä viimeiset vuodet saanut katsella, kun aikoinaan puhuttiin, että hänen uransa olisi niiden sydänvaivojen takia historiaa. Toivottavasti häntä nyt sitten vielä nähtäisiin tv:ssäkin ennen kuin ura lopullisesti päättyy. Feudi tai edes yksi matsi Daniel Bryania vastaan olisi loistavuutta.

Viime viikollahan Wrestling Observer uutisoi, että Regal on tehnyt uuden sopimuksen WWE:n kanssa, joten backstagehommiin hän varmasti piakkoin siirtyy.

Regal has signed a 42 month contract renewal. Now 42, that would have him under contract until his 46th birthday. Now WWE has the right to cancel these deals at any time. Regal is extremely well respected by most of the wrestlers and he’s the type of a guy I can see as a trainer or an agent when they decide his active career is over. Since they really don’t do much with him, offering him that long an extension seems to indicate they’ve got plans for him past his in-ring career.

Kyllähän Regal on hieno painija ja hieno mies. Viime vuotisessa RAW'ssa Helsingissä yksi parhaimmista hetkistä oli nimenomaan Regalin saapuminen.
